MEET YOUR CONSULTANT

Binil Thomas Zachariah, RCIC-IRB — personal representation at every stage.

Binil Thomas Zachariah is the founding consultant of Gemstone Immigration. He is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant authorized at Class L3 (RCIC-IRB) — the higher tier of CICC licence, which permits representation before IRCC, the Canada Border Services Agency, and all divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board (RPD, RAD, ID, IAD). He holds a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law from Queen's University and is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), Licence No. R1053936.

Binil's academic foundation runs deep. He holds an M.Tech in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK Surathkal) — one of India's premier engineering institutes — and a B.Tech  from Government Engineering College, Calicut. Before founding Gemstone, he spent over a decade in process-driven and engineering roles at Amazon, Qatar Airways, and Zoho — work that built the documentation discipline and deadline focus that IRCC submissions demand. He serves clients in English, Malayalam and Tamil, with professional experience across Canada, the Middle East, and India. Every consultation, application, and follow-up is handled by Binil personally — never delegated to junior staff or routed through a call centre.
